Once you submit an order, on average, an order is processed within 3 business days.

If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with the product ordered, your money will be refunded. To receive your money, return the item(s) that you purchased in their original condition. Enclose your name, address, and phone number. State the reason for the return. Once item(s) have been returned, a refund will be issued. Return shipping cost will not be payed by Synergeez unless an item was damaged during shipping and an even exchange is requested.

Yes. Please fill out the feedback form with information regarding the image that you would like for us to create for you. A representative will contact you if we can or cannot fulfill your request. Please note that turn around times will vary due to current work loads within our graphics department.

Synergeez utilizes javascript for two reasons. The first is to create an enjoyable browsing experience for our customers to allow them to see our images the way we would like them to be displayed. The second reason is to ensure proper information is being transmitted during checkout upon purchasing our products. We never store any information about you except information you supply to us during checkout (Name, address, phone number, etc). Your credit card information is never stored in the Synergeez database. No. Our logo is displayed on images only to protect us from theft. Once an image is ordered, customers are shipped a high quality resolution image without the Synergeez logo pasted on the image. Our logo will be displayed on the outer most part of the image, which when framed, will not be shown at all. We place our logo in the white canvas edges of the image. We place our logo there for copyright purposes.
